01Something isn't working
Include what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. If you can, add your app version — it's on the App Information page in the app, under More.
02A number looks wrong
Payroll and stock figures are calculated from records you entered, so the fastest fix starts with the record. Send the worker or item, the month, and the figure you expected. We can usually explain the difference the same day.
03Billing and refunds
Subscriptions are handled by Apple, so refunds come from them — see the refund policy. Write to us anyway if you were charged for something you didn't get, and we'll look into what happened.
04Your data
Questions about what's stored and who can see it are answered in the privacy policy. To remove your account, see delete your account.
