01Information we collect

Bizora holds the information you enter to run your business, plus the minimum needed to keep your account working.

• Business — name, industry, currency, tax settings and invoice details
• Account — your name, email address and profile photo, from Sign in with Apple or Google
• Workers — profiles, attendance, salary payments, advances and any documents you upload
• Operations — inventory, suppliers, clients, orders, production runs and expenses
• Diagnostics — device type, app version and crash reports

02Why we collect it

Only to run the app you're paying for. We do not build advertising profiles and Bizora shows no ads.

• To calculate attendance, payroll, advances and stock
• To sync your business across your devices and your team's
• To find and fix crashes
• To answer you when you contact support

03Where your data lives

Business data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore and uploaded files in Firebase Storage, both operated by Google. Connections are encrypted in transit and the data is encrypted at rest.

Bizora keeps a copy on your device so the app works without a signal. That copy is removed when you sign out.

04Sharing

Bizora does not sell your data, and does not share it with third parties for advertising.

Your business data is visible to the people you invite to your business, at the access level you give them. It is disclosed outside that only where the law requires it.

05Security

Access is checked on the server, not just in the app — so a permission you switch off is enforced even outside Bizora.

• Firestore security rules scope every read and write to your business
• Per-member permissions the owner controls
• Encrypted connections and encrypted storage
• Point-in-time recovery and scheduled backups

06Your rights

You own your business data.

• Correct or update anything from inside the app
• Export reports as CSV or PDF
• Delete your account and all of its data — see Delete your account
• Write to support@bizoraapp.com with any question about your data

07Children

Bizora is a tool for businesses and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
